Detailed Product Overview

The key idea behind Clean It Zero Nourishing is the balm to oil texture. The solid balm melts as it comes into contact with the warmth of your skin, allowing you to massage it over dry skin and break down makeup and residue. Once water is added, the oil emulsifies, making it easier to rinse away.

The formula includes Panax Ginseng Root Extract and Panax Ginseng Berry Extract, alongside Safflower Seed Oil, Shea Butter and Jojoba Seed Oil. These ingredients give the formula its nourishing positioning, while the cleansing base does the main work of breaking down makeup and impurities.

It is important to understand that this is primarily a cleansing balm, not a treatment product. While the formula contains nourishing ingredients, its main purpose is removing makeup and impurities rather than treating specific skin conditions.

Texture, Finish and Real Life Experience

The texture starts as a soft balm and melts into a smooth oil during massage. This makes it particularly useful for breaking down foundation, sunscreen and other makeup products before your second cleansing step.

For Bangladesh’s warm and humid weather, the balm can be useful as an evening first cleanse after a day of sunscreen, makeup and environmental buildup. If you have dry skin, the nourishing texture may feel more comfortable than repeatedly using a harsh makeup remover.

After adding a little water, massage again to emulsify before rinsing with lukewarm water. For a more thorough cleansing routine, the brand recommends following with a cleansing foam.

Who Is It For?

Ideal for:

Dry skin
People who regularly wear makeup or sunscreen
Anyone looking for a cleansing balm instead of a liquid makeup remover
Those who prefer a nourishing cleansing texture
People who want a first cleansing step before a water based cleanser

If you prefer a very lightweight cleansing product or dislike fragranced skincare, this may not be your preferred option because the formula contains Parfum.

Why Customers Choose This Product

The main attraction is the combination of effective makeup removal and a nourishing balm texture. Instead of using a separate makeup remover before cleansing, you can massage the balm directly onto dry skin, emulsify it with water and rinse.

The Nourishing version also stands apart from other Clean It Zero variants by focusing on dry skin and incorporating ginseng, shea butter and jojoba oil into the formula.

How To Use

Use the included spatula to take an appropriate amount of balm.
Apply it directly to dry skin.
Gently massage in circular motions to break down makeup, sunscreen and residue.
Add a small amount of water and massage again until the balm emulsifies.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Follow with a water based cleansing foam if you prefer double cleansing.

Practical tip: Spend a little extra time around the nose, hairline and jaw where makeup and sunscreen can remain after a quick cleanse.
