Detailed Product Overview

The standout ingredient is mung bean, present as both seed powder and seed extract. Mung bean is traditionally used in Korean skincare and is included here as part of the cleansing formula. The cleanser also contains amino acid based cleansing agents such as Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate and Sodium Lauroyl Glutamate, along with Lauryl Betaine. These ingredients help lift away daily buildup while creating the foam expected from a cleansing foam.

The formula also includes glycerin, betaine, Ceramide NP and Sodium Hyaluronate, alongside botanical extracts including Centella Asiatica and green tea. These ingredients make the formula more interesting than a basic cleanser that focuses only on removing oil and dirt. However, it is still a rinse off product, so it should be viewed primarily as a facial cleanser rather than a treatment for specific skin concerns.

Texture, Finish and Real Life Experience

This is a foaming cleanser that develops a soft lather when mixed with water. The cleansing experience is intended to leave the skin feeling fresh and clean rather than relying on an extremely squeaky finish.

For Bangladesh’s hot and humid weather, a cleanser like this can be useful when your skin feels sweaty or oily during the day. If your skin is very dry, dehydrated or easily tight after cleansing, you may prefer using a smaller amount and following with your hydrating skincare routine soon after washing.

Who Is It For?

This cleanser can work well for:

Oily skin that needs regular cleansing
Combination skin with an oily T zone
Normal skin looking for a daily foaming cleanser
Dry skin users who prefer a foaming texture but do not want an overly harsh cleansing experience
People who enjoy low pH facial cleansers
Anyone looking for a Korean mung bean cleanser for everyday use

Sephora lists it for combination, dry and oily skin, with oiliness, pores and uneven texture among the relevant skincare concerns.

If you strongly prefer a non foaming, creamier cleanser or your skin becomes tight very easily after washing, a different cleanser texture may feel more comfortable.

Why Customers Choose This Cleanser

The appeal is the combination of a low pH cleansing approach, mung bean ingredients and a generous 160ml size. Instead of being positioned as a treatment cleanser, it is designed for regular cleansing while keeping the formula relatively gentle and comfortable. The inclusion of ingredients such as glycerin, Centella Asiatica, Ceramide NP and Sodium Hyaluronate also makes it an interesting choice for shoppers who pay attention to how their skin feels after cleansing.

How To Use

Take a small amount of cleanser into your palm.
Add a little water and work it into a rich lather.
Gently massage the foam over your damp face using circular motions.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Follow with toner, serum and moisturizer according to your routine.

Expert tip: If your skin is dry or dehydrated, avoid using too much cleanser or washing for too long. A short, gentle cleanse is usually enough for everyday use.
