Overnight Moisture for Dry, Flaky Lips

Medicube PDRN Lip Sleeping Mask is a rich overnight lip treatment created for lips that feel dry, rough or uncomfortable despite regular lip balm use. Its soft melting texture wraps the lips in lasting moisture while leaving a smooth, glossy finish rather than a heavy, unpleasant coating. Formulated with Salmon DNA PDRN, hydrolyzed collagen and shea butter, it works particularly well as the final step of a nighttime routine, but a lighter layer can also be worn during the day.

Key Benefits

Provides rich, lasting moisture for dry and dehydrated lips
Helps soften the appearance of roughness and flaky skin
Leaves lips feeling smoother, more supple and comfortable
Creates a glossy, candy like finish without an uncomfortable sticky feel
Works as both an overnight lip mask and a daytime moisture balm
Contains Salmon DNA PDRN, hydrolyzed collagen and nourishing shea butter

Formula and Key Ingredients

Shea butter sits near the beginning of the ingredient list and gives the formula its nourishing, protective character. It works with emollients and waxes to form a comfortable layer over the lips, helping slow moisture loss during sleep. Glycerin supports hydration, while Camellia Japonica seed oil and bisabolol add conditioning care.

Sodium DNA is the ingredient Medicube identifies as Salmon DNA PDRN. In this topical lip formula, it is included as part of a conditioning blend intended to support a smooth, plump looking appearance. Hydrolyzed collagen helps condition the surface of the lips, but shoppers should keep expectations realistic. A topical lip mask can make dehydrated lips look fuller and smoother by improving moisture and surface comfort, but it cannot permanently increase lip size.

The formula also contains tocopherol, adenosine, several peptides and yeast beta glucan. These ingredients complement the moisturizing base, although the most immediately noticeable benefit is likely to be softer lips with less visible dryness.

Texture, Finish and Real Life Experience

The texture is richer than an everyday stick balm but melts easily as it is spread across the lips. It creates a cushiony moisture layer with a clear, glassy glow. Medicube describes the finish as non sticky, making it more comfortable for overnight wear than lip masks that feel thick or stringy.

In Bangladesh’s heat and humidity, a generous layer is best reserved for bedtime in a cool indoor environment. During the day, use a very small amount so the finish feels polished rather than overly coated. It can also add a glossy look over a lip tint, although applying too much may reduce the wear of colour products underneath.

Who Is It For?

This lip sleeping mask is a useful choice for anyone dealing with dry, flaky, rough or dehydrated lips. It may be especially helpful for people who regularly wear matte lipstick, spend long hours in air conditioned rooms or find that a basic lip balm does not remain comfortable overnight.

People who prefer a completely weightless or matte lip product may find the glossy balm texture richer than they need. Very cracked, bleeding or persistently irritated lips may require professional advice, especially if the problem continues despite regular moisturising care.

Because Sodium DNA is derived from salmon, anyone with a known fish allergy or sensitivity should review the full ingredient list and seek medical guidance before use. Patch testing around a small area of the lip border is sensible for highly reactive skin.

Why Customers Choose It

The main appeal is versatility. Instead of being limited to nighttime use, it can function as an intensive sleeping mask, a daytime moisture balm or a glossy lip topper. The melting texture offers the protective comfort expected from a rich balm while avoiding an excessively sticky finish.

It is also a practical option for customers interested in Medicube’s PDRN range who want targeted lip care rather than another facial serum or cream. However, it should be chosen for moisture, softness and a smoother appearance, not as a treatment for naturally dark lips or as a permanent lip plumper.

How to Use

Begin with clean, dry lips.
At night, apply a generous and even layer as the final step of your routine.
Leave it on while you sleep.
In the morning, continue with your usual routine. If excess product remains, gently wipe it away.
For daytime care, apply a light layer whenever the lips feel dry.

For noticeable flakes, avoid aggressively peeling or scrubbing the lips. Consistent moisturising is gentler and helps the surface look smoother over time.
