Morphe Signature Lip Pencil

A well chosen lip liner can make your lipstick look more defined, create the appearance of fuller lips and bring your entire lip combination together. The Morphe Signature Lip Pencil is a pigmented lip liner designed to outline, shape and fill the lips with a smooth application and velvety matte finish. Its sharpenable tip allows you to create a precise lip line or softly blend the colour inward for a more natural effect.

Available in Whipped, Bite Me, Sugar Pie, Berry Cola and Trendsetter at Taupe Notch, these shades offer different ways to create muted mauve, dusty rose, rich brown and berry toned lip looks. Whether you prefer everyday nude lips or a more defined brown lip combination, choosing the right shade can make all the difference.

Benefits

Precise lip definition: The sharpenable pencil tip helps outline the natural lip shape with control.
Rich colour payoff: Pigmented colour helps define the lips without relying on a barely visible outline.
Smooth application: The creamy formula is designed to glide across the lips without excessive tugging.
Velvety matte finish: Creates a soft matte look that pairs naturally with matte lipsticks.
Versatile application: Wear it along the lip line, blend it inward or fill the entire lips for a more defined look.
Multiple shade options: Choose from muted mauve, dusty rose, chocolate brown, rich mauve brown and deep brown tones.

Formula and Product Overview

The Morphe Signature Lip Pencil is a traditional sharpenable lip liner made for outlining, defining and filling the lips. Unlike a liquid lip product, it gives you control over the shape and placement of colour, making it useful for refining the Cupid’s bow, balancing the appearance of uneven lip edges and creating a softly sculpted lip look.

Its creamy, pigmented formula is designed to glide smoothly, while the velvety matte finish works well with both matte and glossy lip products. The pencil can be used on its own for a more defined matte lip or layered with lipstick and gloss for a customised finish.

For a soft, blurred lip look, apply the liner just inside your natural lip line and blend the edges slightly inward. If you prefer a more sculpted finish, keep the outline precise and blend the colour toward the centre.

Explore the Available Shades

Shade appearances can vary depending on natural lip pigmentation, lighting and skin tone.

Whipped: A muted mauve shade that suits soft, understated lip looks. Pair it with rosy nude lipstick for an everyday combination or add gloss for a more polished finish.

Bite Me: A milk chocolate brown shade that works well for brown lip combinations. It is worth considering if you prefer a deeper outline with nude, caramel or brown lipstick.

Sugar Pie: A dusty rose shade that offers a softer alternative to a traditional brown liner. It pairs well with rose toned lipstick and muted pink nude lip colours.

Berry Cola: A rich mauve brown shade for those who enjoy a deeper, more defined lip. It can complement berry, mauve and brown lipstick shades.

Trendsetter: A rich brown shade suited to classic brown lip looks. Use it to create a defined outline or blend it inward for a more monochromatic brown finish.

Texture, Finish and Everyday Wear

The smooth application makes this pencil practical for both detailed outlining and filling the lips. The matte finish is particularly useful when you want to add definition without introducing extra shine.

In Bangladesh’s warm, humid weather, a lip liner can help maintain the appearance of a defined lip shape throughout the day. However, the formula’s actual wear time and transfer resistance have not been established here, so it should not be treated as guaranteed waterproof or transfer proof.

If your lips are dry or flaky, prepare them with a gentle lip exfoliation when needed and a suitable lip balm. Allow excess balm to settle before applying the liner for a more even result.

Who Is It For?

The Morphe Signature Lip Pencil is suitable for makeup lovers who want greater control over lip definition, enjoy matte lip looks or like mixing different liner and lipstick shades.

Its brown, mauve and dusty rose options can work across a range of Bangladesh skin tones. Whipped and Sugar Pie may appeal to those who prefer softer colour, while Bite Me, Berry Cola and Trendsetter offer deeper options. The most flattering choice will depend on your undertone, natural lip colour and preferred makeup style.

If you have very dry lips and prefer a glossy, cushiony feel, you may want to layer the liner with a comfortable lipstick or gloss rather than wear it alone. Those with sensitive lips should also check the ingredient list before use if they have known cosmetic sensitivities.

How to Use

Start with clean, dry lips.
Sharpen the pencil to create a precise tip.
Outline your natural lip shape, beginning at the Cupid’s bow and working toward the corners.
Lightly blend the liner inward to soften the edge and create a seamless transition.
Fill in the lips if you want a more defined matte look.
Apply your preferred lipstick, such as the Morphe Lip Filter Hydroplump Soft Matte Lipstick, or finish with the Morphe Dripglass Glazed High Shine Lip Gloss for a glossy effect.

Beauty tip: For a balanced brown lip combination, choose a liner slightly deeper than your lipstick and blend the boundary between the two shades. This helps create dimension without leaving a harsh outline.
