NYX Smushy SOS Hydrating Lip Mask for Soft, Glossy Lips

Want the shine of a lip gloss with the comfort of a hydrating lip mask? The NYX Smushy SOS Hydrating Lip Mask combines sheer, tinted colour with a glossy finish to make your lips look smooth, fresh and moisturized. It is designed for dry, flaky or uncomfortable lips and can be worn during the day for a juicy lip look or at night as part of your lip care routine.

Available in eight shades, this NYX lip mask offers different colour options and pleasant shade specific scents. Whether you prefer a soft pink, peachy tint, rosy colour or cool brown gloss, there is a shade to suit different makeup styles.

Benefits

Helps keep lips feeling moisturized and comfortable.

Adds glossy shine with a sheer wash of colour.

Contains hyaluronic acid, ceramide NP, jojoba oil and mango seed butter.

Features a soft tip applicator for convenient application.

Can be worn alone, paired with a lip liner or applied before bedtime.

Available in eight shades with different scents.

Offers a fresh, glossy alternative to traditional matte lip products.

Formula and Ingredients

The formula combines several moisturizing ingredients that help condition the lips.

Hyaluronic acid: Present as sodium hyaluronate, this ingredient helps attract and retain moisture, supporting a smoother, more hydrated appearance.

Ceramide NP: Helps support the skin's protective barrier, which is important for lips that tend to feel dry.

Jojoba oil: Helps condition the lips and improve their soft, comfortable feel.

Mango seed butter: Adds emollient care to the formula, helping lips feel softer and less rough.

Together, these ingredients make the product a practical option for everyday lip care when you also want a glossy, tinted finish. However, it is not a permanent lip treatment, and very dry or cracked lips may still need consistent lip care.

Texture and Finish

The lip mask has a glossy, sheer finish rather than a full coverage lipstick effect. It gives lips a shiny, fresh appearance without the flat look of matte lipstick. The soft tip applicator helps spread the formula across the lips with minimal effort.

In Bangladesh's hot and humid weather, this type of glossy lip product can work well for casual outings, everyday makeup and quick touch ups. Keep in mind that glossy formulas may transfer during eating or drinking, so reapplication may be needed.

If you prefer a more defined lip look, layer it over a lip liner. For a softer everyday appearance, wear it on bare lips.

Explore All 8 Shades

Choose your preferred colour and scent.

Rose Recharge: Deep rose for a rosy, polished lip look.
Green Sereni-tea: Clear green shade with a honey green tea scent.
Coconut Calm: Cool brown for a subtle brown glossy lip.
Guava Glaze: Light pink for a fresh, soft pink finish.
Lavender Soother: Bright lavender pink for a playful pop of colour.
Peachy Pamper: Peach for a warm, fresh looking lip.
Red-y 2 Chill: Red for a brighter, more noticeable tint.
Shea So Smooth: Nude for an understated everyday look.

These shades provide different styling options, from minimal makeup to a more noticeable glossy lip. The final colour can vary depending on your natural lip pigmentation and how much product you apply.

Who Is It For?

The NYX Smushy SOS Hydrating Lip Mask may suit you if you:
Experience dry lips and want a moisturizing lip product.
Prefer glossy lips over a matte finish.
Enjoy sheer colour instead of heavy lipstick coverage.
Want an easy everyday product that can also be used as an overnight lip mask.
Like scented lip products.

If you prefer transfer resistant colour, a completely fragrance free formula or a matte finish, this may not be your first choice. The formula contains fragrance, so those with sensitive lips or fragrance sensitivities should check the ingredient list carefully.

How to Use

Apply directly to clean, dry lips using the soft tip applicator.
Spread an even layer for a glossy tint.
Pair with a lip liner if you want more definition and a fuller looking lip shape.
Before bedtime, apply a more generous layer as an overnight lip mask.
Reapply during the day whenever your lips need additional moisture and shine.

Expert tip: For a flattering everyday lip combination, pair a brown or pink lip liner with Guava Glaze, Rose Recharge or Coconut Calm, depending on your preferred colour depth.
