Smooth, Shiny Hair with OGX Argan Oil of Morocco Penetrating Oil

Dry lengths, frizzy ends and hair that feels rough after styling can make it difficult to achieve a smooth, polished look. OGX Renewing Plus Argan Oil of Morocco Penetrating Oil is a leave in hair treatment designed to soften the feel of your hair, enhance shine and improve manageability. Formulated with Moroccan argan oil and conditioning silicones, it helps hair look smoother and feel silkier without requiring a complicated haircare routine. It is a practical option for anyone who wants softer looking lengths and a glossy finish, especially when humidity makes frizz harder to manage.

Benefits

• Helps soften dry and rough feeling hair lengths.

• Adds shine for a smoother, more polished appearance.

• Helps manage frizz and flyaways.

• Makes hair feel silkier and easier to handle.

• Contains Moroccan argan oil alongside conditioning ingredients.

• Works as a leave in finishing treatment for damp hair.

• Formulated without parabens and sulfated surfactants, according to OGX product information.

What Makes This Argan Hair Oil Different?

The main highlight of this OGX penetrating oil is its combination of argan oil and silicone based conditioning ingredients. Moroccan argan oil, listed as Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, is commonly used in haircare to condition dry lengths and improve their appearance.

Dimethicone and dimethiconol help coat the hair surface, creating a smoother feel and enhancing shine. Isopropyl myristate and C12 15 alkyl benzoate are also included in the listed formula. Together, these ingredients help give the hair a softer, more manageable finish.

It is important to understand that a cosmetic hair oil mainly improves how your hair feels and looks. It can help reduce the appearance of frizz and make dry ends look more polished, but it cannot permanently repair split ends or reverse all forms of hair damage.

The formula also contains fragrance, so anyone sensitive to scented hair products should review the ingredient list on their bottle before use.

Texture, Finish and Everyday Use

This is a concentrated, oil based leave in treatment rather than a watery hair mist. A small amount can help smooth the lengths and ends, leaving the hair with a silky feel and noticeable shine.

For Bangladesh’s hot and humid weather, it can be useful when hair becomes puffy, rough or difficult to style. However, using too much may make fine hair look greasy or weigh down naturally flat strands. Starting with a few drops and adding more only when needed is the easiest way to find the right amount.

The product has a citrus fresh, floral green and woody fragrance profile according to OGX. If you prefer completely fragrance free haircare, this may not be your ideal choice.

Who Should Use This Hair Oil?

This treatment may suit:

• Dry hair that needs extra softness and shine.

• Frizzy or unruly lengths that are difficult to manage.

• Medium textured hair that feels rough after washing.

• Hair that looks dull and needs a smoother finish.

• People who regularly blow dry or style their hair and want a more polished appearance.

Fine or naturally oily hair can also use a small amount, but application should be limited to the mid lengths and ends. If your scalp becomes greasy quickly, avoid applying the oil directly to the roots.

Why Choose OGX Renewing Plus Argan Oil of Morocco?

One reason to consider this product is its straightforward application. You do not need to rinse it out or leave it on for a long treatment session. It fits easily into a regular wash day routine and can help make the final styling step simpler.

If you prefer an argan oil based product for smoothing and shine, RAIP R3 Argan Hair Oil Original 100ml is another option to compare. For a lightweight styling oil with a different formulation and a focus on hair appearance, you can also explore Olaplex No. 7 Bonding Oil 30ml.

These products have different formulas, so the best choice depends on your hair texture, styling routine and preferred finish.

How to Use OGX Argan Oil of Morocco Penetrating Oil

Wash and condition your hair as usual.
Gently towel dry until your hair is damp rather than dripping wet.
Dispense a small amount of oil into your palm.
Rub your hands together to spread the product evenly.
Smooth it through the lengths, concentrating on the ends.
Style your hair as desired.

Expert tip: Start with a few drops, especially if your hair is fine or short. You can add a little more if your ends still feel rough. Avoid the roots if you want to maintain volume, and do not assume this oil provides dedicated heat protection unless your specific packaging confirms it.
