Olaplex Nº.5P Blonde Enhancer Purple Toning Conditioner

If blonde or grey hair starts looking more yellow or brassy between salon visits, a purple conditioner can be a useful part of your routine. Olaplex Nº.5P Blonde Enhancer Purple Toning Conditioner is a concentrated purple toning conditioner designed for natural or colour treated blonde and grey hair. It combines violet toning pigments with a conditioning formula to help balance unwanted yellow tones while leaving hair hydrated, smoother and easier to detangle.

Unlike a regular conditioner, Nº.5P is specifically made to provide toning alongside conditioning. That makes it particularly relevant for maintaining a cooler, brighter looking blonde or grey tone at home.

Benefits

• Helps neutralize unwanted yellow tones and brassiness
• Conditions and replenishes moisture
• Helps improve softness, smoothness and shine
• Instantly detangles hair and helps reduce the appearance of frizz
• Helps reinforce hair bonds and support hair resilience
• Suitable for natural and colour treated blonde or grey hair
• Suitable for straight, wavy, curly and coily hair
• Colour safe and suitable for chemically treated hair
• Vegan and free from protein, silicones, sulfates, parabens and phthalates

Detailed Product Overview

The formula uses violet toning agents to balance yellow and brassy tones. Purple pigments are especially useful for blonde and grey hair because they visually counteract unwanted yellow tones, helping the colour appear more balanced and refreshed.

The conditioner also contains shea butter, which is included to help replenish moisture, nourish the hair and improve detangling. OLAPLEX’s bond building technology is also part of the formula, designed to reinforce weakened hair and support stronger looking strands.

The conditioner is highly concentrated, so you do not need a large amount for each application. OLAPLEX states that the 250ml size can provide up to 50 applications based on an average 5ml application.

Texture, Finish and Real Life Experience

Nº.5P is designed to give you two things in one step: toning and conditioning. After rinsing, the hair is intended to feel softer, smoother and easier to comb through, while the purple pigments help keep blonde or grey tones looking less yellow.

It has OLAPLEX’s signature scent, with grapefruit zest, sugared mint and ginger, followed by a crushed sage base.

For Bangladesh’s hot and humid weather, the smoothing and detangling aspect can be particularly useful if blonde hair tends to feel rough or becomes difficult to manage. However, this is primarily a toning conditioner, not a styling product or a replacement for a dedicated heat protectant.

Who Is It For?

Nº.5P is best suited to people with:

• Natural or colour treated blonde hair
• Grey or silver hair
• Hair that develops unwanted yellow or brassy tones
• Chemically treated hair that needs conditioning alongside toning
• Fine, straight, wavy, curly or coily hair across different porosity levels

It may not be the right choice if your main concern is simply everyday conditioning and you do not need toning. Purple pigments are intended for blonde and grey tones, so a regular conditioner may be more appropriate for untreated darker hair without brassiness concerns.

Why Customers Choose It

The main appeal of Nº.5P is that it combines purple toning with conditioning and bond support instead of treating toning and hair care as completely separate steps. It is also concentrated, so a small amount can go a long way.

For someone who regularly maintains blonde, highlighted, bleached or grey hair, this makes it convenient for keeping unwanted warmth under control as part of a home haircare routine.

For a more complete OLAPLEX routine, you can pair it with Olaplex No.0 Intensive Bond Building Hair Treatment before washing, or finish your routine with Olaplex Nº.7 Bonding Oil for additional shine and styling support.

How To Use

Shampoo and rinse your hair thoroughly.
Apply Nº.5P generously to clean, damp hair, focusing on the mid lengths and ends.
Leave it on for 1 to 3 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly.
Use as needed depending on how frequently your hair needs toning.

For stronger toning, follow the recommended timing carefully rather than leaving the conditioner on for longer than instructed.
