Detailed Product Overview

Micellar water is designed to cleanse the skin by helping lift away makeup, oil and everyday impurities without requiring the heavier feel of an oil or balm cleanser. Pastel Beauty Gentle Micellar Water combines this cleansing approach with Hyaluronic Acid, an ingredient commonly used in skincare for its moisture retaining properties.

The main appeal here is the balance between cleansing and comfort. If your skin tends to feel tight after removing makeup, a micellar water with a hydrating ingredient can be a more comfortable option than using a very stripping cleanser alone.

The formula is described as lightweight and non sticky, so it should feel more like water than a traditional creamy makeup remover.

It is important to keep expectations realistic. Micellar water is primarily a cleansing and makeup removal product. It is not a replacement for targeted treatments such as acne serums, pigmentation treatments or moisturizers.

Texture and Real Life Experience

The water based texture makes this product easy to apply with a cotton pad. You can gently sweep the pad across areas with makeup and repeat where needed instead of aggressively rubbing the skin.

For everyday makeup, this can be particularly convenient after a long day in Bangladesh’s warm and humid weather, when you may want to remove makeup, excess oil and surface buildup before properly cleansing your face.

If you are wearing long wearing or particularly stubborn waterproof makeup, you may need more than one pass or a dedicated eye or waterproof makeup remover.

Who Is It For?

This micellar water can be a practical choice for:

• Normal, combination or oily skin that needs convenient makeup removal
• Dry skin that prefers a less stripping cleansing step
• People who regularly wear makeup or sunscreen
• Anyone looking for a lightweight first step before facial cleansing
• Users who prefer a refreshing, non sticky cleansing texture

For very sensitive or reactive skin, individual tolerance can vary. If your skin is easily irritated by cleansing products, avoid vigorous rubbing and stop using the product if discomfort occurs.

Why Customers Choose This Product

The biggest advantage is convenience. Instead of immediately reaching for a heavy cleanser to remove makeup, you can first use micellar water to lift away surface makeup and impurities.

The addition of Hyaluronic Acid also makes it appealing to customers who prefer their cleansing products to have a more hydrating feel. The compact 70ml size can be useful if you prefer smaller skincare products for your everyday routine.

If you are also looking for makeup to pair with your cleansing routine, Pastel Beauty True Nude Rich Eyeshadow Palette can be a complementary option for creating eye makeup looks.

How To Use

Pour enough micellar water onto a clean cotton pad to properly dampen it.
Gently sweep the cotton pad across your face to remove makeup, dirt and excess oil.
For eye makeup, hold the damp cotton pad over the area briefly before gently wiping rather than rubbing repeatedly.
Repeat with a fresh cotton pad if necessary.
Follow with your regular facial cleanser and skincare routine if you use micellar water as your first cleansing step.

Expert tip: Avoid scrubbing the skin to remove makeup. Let the micellar water do the cleansing work and use gentle movements, particularly around the eyes.
