Detailed Product Overview

Pastel Beauty Shiney Shout Highlight Powder is a powder highlighter designed to add radiance to the high points of the face. Its fine texture helps the product blend into the complexion instead of leaving an obviously heavy layer of powder.

The main appeal is its buildable finish. A light application can give your makeup a softer sheen, while additional layers can create a more intense highlight. This makes it easier to adjust the glow according to the occasion rather than being limited to one level of shine.

For Bangladesh’s warm and humid climate, powder highlighter can be convenient when applied over a properly finished base. However, the way it wears will still depend on your foundation, skin preparation, skin type, weather and how much product you apply.

If you want to create a complete cheek look, pair your highlighter with the Pastel Beauty The Blush Theory Palette for colour and the Pastel Beauty Glow Rush Luminous Highlighter Palette when you want more highlighter shade options.

Texture, Finish and Real Life Experience

The formula is described as silky smooth with a luminous, buildable shimmer. In practical use, this means you can start with a small amount and gradually increase the intensity instead of applying a strong layer immediately.

For a natural makeup look, use a light hand on the upper cheekbones and blend the edges. For party or evening makeup, you can layer the powder to create a more visible glow.

Like most powder highlighters, application technique matters. Applying too much directly onto textured or very dry areas can make texture more noticeable, so using a small amount and blending carefully usually gives a more polished result.

Who Is It For?

This highlighter may suit you if:

You prefer powder highlighters over liquid or cream formulas
You enjoy a luminous or shimmery finish
You want control over your highlight intensity
You need something for both everyday and occasion makeup
You like highlighting specific areas rather than applying glow all over the face

For Bangladesh skin tones, shade selection is important. The range includes different tones, so choose based on your undertone and the type of glow you prefer rather than relying only on product photography.

If you have very dry or visibly textured skin, keep the application light and prepare the skin properly before applying powder highlighter.

Why Customers Choose This Product

The biggest practical advantage is versatility. You can use a small amount for a soft glow or build it up when you want a stronger highlight. It also works naturally with other face makeup, making it easy to create anything from simple everyday makeup to a more defined event look.

How To Use

Complete your base makeup before applying the highlighter.
Take a small amount of powder with a clean highlighting brush.
Tap off excess product before applying.
Sweep lightly over the tops of the cheekbones.
Apply to the brow bone, bridge of the nose or cupid’s bow if desired.
Blend the edges so the highlight transitions smoothly into the surrounding makeup.
Add another light layer if you want more brightness.

Expert tip: Start with less product. It is much easier to build a powder highlighter than to tone down an overly intense application.
