PURITO Wonder Releaf Centella Spot Patch

When a breakout needs a little extra care, a spot patch can be one of the easiest additions to a skincare routine. PURITO Wonder Releaf Centella Spot Patch is a hydrocolloid acne patch designed to cover problem areas while providing a soothing layer of care. It contains Centella Asiatica and Centella actives, making it particularly relevant for acne prone and sensitive skin.

The patches have a slim, transparent matte finish, so they can look relatively discreet on the skin. They can be worn during the day or overnight, and the waterproof material helps protect the covered area from picking and external irritants.

Benefits

• Helps protect blemishes from picking and external irritants
• Contains Centella Asiatica and Centella actives for a soothing approach
• Slim, breathable design with a transparent matte finish
• Suitable for dry, oily, combination and sensitive skin
• Fragrance free
• Can be used on the face and body
• Suitable for daytime or overnight use
• Includes two patch sizes for different problem areas

Detailed Product Overview

The main point of difference here is the combination of a hydrocolloid spot patch with Centella based soothing ingredients. The formula includes Centella Asiatica Extract, Madecassic Acid, Asiaticoside and Asiatic Acid. These Centella actives are included to support a soothing experience around problem areas.

The hydrocolloid material is waterproof and forms a protective covering over the blemish. According to PURITO, the patch gradually becomes opaque white after several hours of use. This can be useful when you want to cover a spot and reduce the temptation to touch or pick at it.

It is important to keep expectations realistic. This is a spot patch, not a complete acne treatment. It is most useful as targeted care for individual blemishes rather than something intended to replace a full acne skincare routine.

Texture, Finish and Real Life Experience

The patches are described as slim and breathable, with a transparent matte finish. That makes them more discreet than a thick or visibly glossy patch, especially when you want to wear one during the day.

For Bangladesh’s hot and humid weather, the waterproof design can be practical when you want a patch that stays on the skin while helping shield a blemish from outside contact. However, application matters. The skin should be clean and completely dry before applying the patch.

For makeup days, PURITO also recommends using the patch over a blemish before applying makeup for a more natural looking covered appearance.

Who Is It For?

This spot patch can be a useful choice for:

• Oily, combination, dry or sensitive skin
• Acne prone skin with individual blemishes
• People who tend to touch or pick at active spots
• Anyone wanting discreet daytime blemish coverage
• People looking for a fragrance free spot patch
• Those who prefer targeted care instead of applying acne products over the entire face

If you regularly experience widespread or persistent acne, a spot patch alone may not be enough. It is better viewed as targeted support for individual problem areas rather than a complete acne solution.

Why Customers Choose This Product

A major reason to choose the PURITO Wonder Releaf Centella Spot Patch is that it combines the practical protection of a hydrocolloid patch with Centella based soothing ingredients. The two available sizes also make it easier to choose a patch that fits the affected area without using an unnecessarily large piece. There are 51 patches in total: 36 patches measuring 10 mm and 15 patches measuring 12 mm.

It is also fragrance free and designed with sensitive and acne prone skin in mind.

How To Use

Cleanse the skin and make sure the area is completely dry.
Choose a patch slightly larger than the problem area.
Apply it directly to the dry skin.
Leave it on for around 4 to 8 hours, or until the patch turns white.
Remove gently and replace with a fresh patch if needed.
It can be used during the daytime or overnight.

Expert tip: Apply the patch before serum or ampoule. Moisture underneath the patch can make it harder for the adhesive to stay properly attached.
