Sol de Janeiro Rio Deo Aluminum Free Deodorant 62

If you love the warm, delicious scent of Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 62, Rio Deo Aluminum Free Deodorant lets you carry that signature fragrance into your everyday body care routine. This aluminum free and baking soda free deodorant is designed to control underarm odor while keeping the skin feeling soft and comfortable. Its 98% naturally derived formula uses odor controlling ingredients, moisturizing oils and butters, papaya enzyme and tapioca starch for a smooth application and fresh feel.

Benefits

Aluminum free, so it does not work as an antiperspirant or block sweating
Baking soda free formula designed with underarm comfort in mind
Helps control odor rather than simply covering it with fragrance
Papaya enzyme gently exfoliates and helps support smoother looking underarm skin
Brazilian Bacuri Butter and Mango Seed Butter help moisturize and soothe the skin
Tapioca starch helps absorb excess moisture
Smooth gliding texture that applies without tugging
Leaves the underarms scented with the warm gourmand Cheirosa 62 fragrance

Formula and Ingredients

Rio Deo is made with a combination of ingredients chosen for both deodorizing and underarm care. Magnesium hydroxide and triethyl citrate are included in the formula to help address odor, while tapioca starch helps absorb moisture. Coconut oil, Brazilian Bacuri Butter and Mango Seed Butter contribute to a softer, moisturized skin feel. Papaya fruit ferment extract is used for gentle exfoliation, which can be useful for underarms prone to rough texture or ingrown hairs.

The formula is also baking soda free. This can be a useful consideration if you prefer to avoid baking soda in underarm products, particularly because some people find it irritating.

One important distinction is that aluminum free does not mean sweat free. Aluminum is the ingredient traditionally used in antiperspirants to reduce sweating. Rio Deo is a deodorant, so it is intended to address odor while allowing your body to sweat naturally.

Texture, Finish and Scent

The deodorant has a smooth, gliding texture designed to move comfortably across the underarm without pulling at the skin. The brand recommends using only one or two swipes. Applying more product than needed may increase the chance of marks on clothing.

The scent is Cheirosa 62, the same signature fragrance associated with the iconic Brazilian Bum Bum Cream. It has a warm gourmand character with a sweet, creamy feel.

Top notes: Pistachio, Almond
Middle notes: Heliotrope, Jasmine Petals
Base notes: Vanilla, Salted Caramel, Sandalwood

This makes Rio Deo 62 particularly appealing if you prefer sweet, nutty and warm fragrances rather than fresh citrus or clean aquatic deodorants.

Who Is It For?

Rio Deo 62 is a good option for someone looking for an aluminum free deodorant with added underarm care and a noticeable gourmand fragrance. It can be especially appealing if you enjoy Cheirosa 62 and want your deodorant to complement your body mist or other Sol de Janeiro products.

For Bangladesh’s warm and humid climate, remember that this product will not prevent sweating. If your main priority is reducing underarm perspiration, an aluminum containing antiperspirant may be more suitable.

If you have very sensitive skin or react easily to fragranced body care, the fragrance and individual ingredients are worth checking before use.

Why Choose Rio Deo 62?

The appeal is not only the fragrance. Rio Deo combines deodorant care with ingredients intended to moisturize, soften and gently exfoliate the underarm area. It is also baking soda free and designed to glide smoothly without the tugging that some solid deodorants can cause.

Another practical feature is the refillable packaging available for the newer version. Sol de Janeiro states that its refill uses 58% less plastic compared with purchasing a new deodorant package.

How To Use

Apply directly to clean, dry underarms.
Use one or two swipes per underarm.
Allow the product to settle before dressing.
Reapply when needed according to your personal deodorant needs.

Using a light layer is recommended. More product is not necessarily better and may increase the chance of transfer onto clothing.

A Few Things To Know Before Buying

Will it stop sweating? No. Rio Deo is an aluminum free deodorant, not an antiperspirant, so it does not prevent sweating.

Is the fragrance strong? Cheirosa 62 has a clearly recognizable sweet, warm gourmand character. If you already enjoy the Cheirosa 62 scent, this deodorant is designed to complement that fragrance profile.

Can it leave marks on clothes? The brand recommends one or two swipes to reduce the chance of marks. While the product is designed not to leave white residue or oil stains under the tested conditions, applying too much can increase the possibility of transfer.

For customers in Bangladesh, Taupe Notch offers authentic beauty and body care products, making Rio Deo Cheirosa 62 a convenient choice if you want the original Sol de Janeiro formula and its signature warm gourmand scent.
