Detailed Product Overview

The formula contains 1% Retinol, a well known vitamin A derivative that supports skin renewal and helps improve the appearance of fine lines, uneven tone and texture.

It is balanced with 5% Apricot Kernel Oil, which helps protect the skin from moisture loss, and 2% Squalane, a lightweight emollient that supports the skin barrier and helps maintain hydration. Glycerin also adds moisture, while avocado oil and tocopherol provide additional conditioning and antioxidant support.

This combination makes the formula more comfortable than using a strong retinol without any supportive ingredients. However, 1% retinol is still considered a high strength option, so it is not the best starting point for someone who has never used retinol before.

Who Is It For?

This retinol serum is best suited to normal, dry, combination and oily skin that already has some experience with retinol. It can be especially useful if your main concerns are post acne marks, uneven pigmentation, rough texture, fine lines or early signs of ageing.

For Bangladesh’s hot and humid climate, remember that sweating, sun exposure and frequent outdoor activity can make a retinol routine more challenging. Daily broad spectrum SPF is essential.

If you have very sensitive or easily irritated skin, are completely new to retinol, or currently have a damaged skin barrier, this particular 1% formula may be too strong. The brand recommends choosing a gentler retinol option for beginners and sensitive skin.

Why Customers Choose This Product

The main attraction is its 1% retinol concentration combined with barrier supportive ingredients. Instead of focusing only on anti ageing, it also targets concerns many customers experience after acne, including lingering marks, uneven texture and discoloration.

It is also fragrance free and has a silky, quick absorbing texture, making it easy to fit into a simple nighttime skincare routine.

How To Use

Cleanse your face and let your skin dry properly.
Start by using a pea sized amount on your face and neck in the evening.
Begin once every 5 to 7 days to allow your skin to adjust.
Gradually increase to 2 to 3 nights per week if your skin tolerates it well.
Follow with a moisturiser to support hydration.
Use a broad spectrum SPF every morning.

Avoid using it in the same routine with strong exfoliating acids such as AHA or BHA, or benzoyl peroxide, as combining these actives can increase the chance of irritation.
