Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Timeframe

  • Inside Dhaka: Orders are usually delivered within 2/3 working days.
  • Outside Dhaka: Orders are delivered within 2-4 working days.
  • Delivery timelines are based on normal conditions. In case of bad weather, unavoidable delays, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take longer. We kindly ask for your patience and consideration in such cases.

2. Closed Box Delivery System

       The parcel is sealed and securely packed before shipping.
       Upon delivery, you’ll need to complete the payment to the rider first.
       After payment, you can open and check the product in front of the rider, or
       Record an unboxing video for verification in case of any issues.

3. Delivery Charges & Responsibilities

  • If a customer places an order but refuses to receive it upon delivery, the customer must pay the return delivery charge.
  • If a wrong shipping address is provided by the customer and the order is already dispatched, the customer will be responsible for both the original delivery charge and the additional re-delivery charge (to the corrected address).

Transparent and Glowing Skin: Infused with fermented nutrients such as fermented peach, Peach Biome, Bifida fermentation lysate, and Galactomyces fermentation filtrate, this cream promotes transparent and radiant skin.

Peach Collagen Fiber™: The addition of dietary fiber from peaches and collagen from protein helps improve skin elasticity, giving your skin a firmer appearance.

Moisture and Barrier Care: Ceramide NP and panthenol are included to provide ample moisture and strengthen the skin’s moisture barrier, ensuring hydration and protection in all seasons.

A moisturizing cream enriched with 77% Prunus Persica (Peach) Fruit Extract helps restoring a peachy and dewy skin.

Infused with Ceramide, Collagen, Panthenol and Protein that revitalize and hydrate the dry skin.

Pudding gel-like texture allows a quick absorption into the skin without stickiness.
