We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order:


1. Eligibility for Exchange
  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be completely unopened, unused, and intact in its original packaging.
  • The original invoice/receipt must be presented with the product.
  • We do not offer refunds; only exchanges are allowed.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products
  • If your product is found to be damaged or faulty during shipment, you must check and confirm the issue at the time of delivery in front of the delivery personnel or you must have to provide an unpacking video.
  • After confirmation, our team will verify the product’s condition and decide whether the exchange request will be accepted.
  • Claims made after the delivery is accepted cannot be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Policy
  • We do not provide cash or credit refunds under any circumstances.
  • Only product exchanges are permitted, provided all above conditions are met.
