How to Use

Take one film at a time. Place the film on the roof of your mouth and allow it to dissolve slowly—no water or chewing is needed. If placement is difficult, put it on your tongue first and press your tongue gently against the roof of your mouth. It can be taken at any time, although the brand recommends daytime use. Consume immediately after opening the individual sachet.
