Charlotte Tilbury Wonderglow is a 40ml illuminating face primer made for days when skin looks dull, tired or simply needs more radiance. It creates a soft focus, dewy looking glow while preparing the complexion for makeup, but it can also be worn alone when you want fresh looking skin without foundation.
