Delivery Policy
We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our delivery policy carefully:
1. Delivery Timeframe
- Inside Dhaka: Orders are usually delivered within 2/3 working days.
- Outside Dhaka: Orders are delivered within 2-4 working days.
- Delivery timelines are based on normal conditions. In case of bad weather, unavoidable delays, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take longer. We kindly ask for your patience and consideration in such cases.
2. Closed Box Delivery System
The parcel is sealed and securely packed before shipping.
Upon delivery, you’ll need to complete the payment to the rider first.
After payment, you can open and check the product in front of the rider, or
Record an unboxing video for verification in case of any issues.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation — this process helps us maintain quality control and prevent product tampering.
3. Delivery Charges & Responsibilities
- If a customer places an order but refuses to receive it upon delivery, the customer must pay the return delivery charge.
- If a wrong shipping address is provided by the customer and the order is already dispatched, the customer will be responsible for both the original delivery charge and the additional re-delivery charge (to the corrected address).
4. Important Notes
- Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of placing the order to avoid extra charges or delays.
- Our delivery partner will contact you if needed to ensure smooth and secure delivery.
