  1. Cleanse your face and apply your usual hydrating step.
  2. At night, apply a pea sized amount to your face and neck.
  3. Follow with a moisturizer.
  4. Start with 1 to 2 nights per week and gradually increase as your skin builds tolerance.
  5. Use sunscreen every morning.
  6. Avoid using it on the same night as AHA, BHA or PHA exfoliants to reduce the chance of irritation.
