  1. Cleanse your face and let your skin dry properly.
  2. Start by using a pea sized amount on your face and neck in the evening.
  3. Begin once every 5 to 7 days to allow your skin to adjust.
  4. Gradually increase to 2 to 3 nights per week if your skin tolerates it well.
  5. Follow with a moisturiser to support hydration.
  6. Use a broad spectrum SPF every morning.
